Boxing Camp 

Boxing is a great workout, perhaps the most challenging of all sports. Boxing requires speed, agility, finesse, power, endurance, and the ultimate mental toughness. Participants will learn stance, footwork, basic boxing punches, counter punches, and basic boxing defense. In this camp, participants will learn the skills but will not fight. Gold's Gym will supply all equipment. During this camp, kids will also participate in traditional day camp activities.
